The Requirement

The Solution

• Deployment of a PMP Qualified Project Manager onsite, assisted by a Project Coordinator, to ensure efficient project management and coordination.

• Performed Site Survey and Marking with detailed technical proposal in accordance with oil and gas engineering standards, ensuring precise planning and execution.

• Supply and Install Juniper Wireless Access Points with AI Dashboard integration, seamlessly integrated into the existing system for enhanced connectivity and monitoring.

• Deploy Safety Officers and Regular HSSE Audits throughout the project to ensure compliance with health, safety, security, and environmental standards.

• Deployed 240 Units of outdoor and indoor access points to provide comprehensive wireless coverage.

• Deployed 10+ Units of 4G Gateways Routers to enhance network connectivity and reliability.

• Deployment Completed Within Timeline with no safety incidents, showcasing effective project management and adherence to safety protocols.
